What to expect



All the training camps are specific to each group whether it’s a Triathlon or Cycle training camp,the structure is designed to suit the ability and aims of each group. Great care is taken to match up the levels and aspirations of each individual and there will always be a relaxed ¬†atmosphere, it should be a holiday as well as increasing your fitness levels and technical abilities.

So wether it is an Ironman, olympic, sprint distance, sportive, road race or general fitness we have a training camp to suit you.Expert coaching and advice will be given throughout including strength and conditioning, core workouts and nutritional advice.

Cycle camps vary on ability from 200-400 miles per week. We also give you the option of joining up with a large group of riders(usually 80+ including a lot of local professional riders)

The routes are all carefully selected with terrain, views and places of interest.

The cycle camps range from 50 miles per day up to 100 miles depending on terrain and abilities. If this looks a bit scary, don’t panic we create the training camp around you and your requirements, the distances can be shortened (or increased) depending on your ability and how you feel.

Your enjoyment and safety are the highest priorities but we find that the atmosphere of being on a training camp / coaching session like this brings out the best in people and everyone who attends will leave fitter, healthier and have a real advantage in any future competitions.

Although every effort is taken to ensure your safety, as responsible coaches we strongly advise you take out medical and travel insurance. All our coaches have their own and recommend you do the same!.
